What is this holster? Looks like Rhodesian camouflage kydex with wing-type belt loops.

No way to be 100% sure from that photo, but this is a strong possibility, checking all the boxes I can see:

Rhodesian brushstroke camo kydex available
Straight drop
Single retention screw
Four eyelets on either side
Wing belt attachments
Open muzzle
