Heads up for our New Mexico & Louisiana members. My buddy here in Louisiana was looking at the New Mexico concealed handgun laws and notice that they have listed reciprocity with Louisiana. Then he looked at our La. State Police site that issues our La Concealed Handgun Permits and New Mexico is not on our list.

So he emailed the La. State Police Concealed Handgun Permit section and asked what was what. And below is the answer from LSP

We do NOT have reciprocity with New Mexico due to a conflict in our laws.
