An authorized person as defined in this Section shall not be liable for damages for any injury, death, or loss suffered by a perpetrator when the injury, death, or loss is caused by a justified use of force or self-defense through the discharge of the handgun by the authorized person. I have a Louisiana question. With the new La law on CC. Will a person that does not have a CHP be required to notify a LEO that he is carrying the same at a CHP holder? _______________________________________________________ And no, junior not being able to hold still for 5 seconds is not a disability. | |||
