Normally I wear a t-shirt and button-down shirt which I keep tucked into pants with belt but there's no concealing anything that way. I'm going to try pocket carrying a .380 but if I want something bigger it'll have to go on the belt. I've tried ankle carry but am not a fan.
With the warmer weather and a desire to carry more so than I have, any recommendations about yea or nay to concealed carry with this type of shirt? Pros and cons?

They look to be good for it in the pictures, being designed to fit loosely and untucked ... and if you're in South Florida. They would be uncommon in Arkansas. I'm of the opinion that clothing should blend in with that of the local population. I'd stick with a solid color with minimal decoration.

Actually dark colors with elaborate print patterns hide guns even better than solid colors. I wear aloha type shirts frequently ( pretty common attire here in AZ) and they conceal very well.

I believe I could get away with solids when carrying IWB, but I'm looking at patterns for OWB carry - kind of like how the Navy camoflauged ships in WWII.
Unfortunately that style of shirt is uncommon around here but I just can't bring myself to wearing a regular button down untucked as it looks so sloppy.

Look up camp shirts. Same type shirt. That is what I wear and you will find tons of them. I used to get mine from Kohls and just purchased two more from Belk for just that reason. They help conceal very well and are comfortable to wear. I buy the camp shirts that are even all the way around.
Because son, it is what you are supposed to do.

Guayabera shirts seem to be the standard shirt for dentists around here. I know lots of people that use them for concealed carry. It’s a pretty common shirt here. Camp shirts and other straight hemmed shirts will work.
Old post, but fishing shirts have some great options to include vent flaps in the back. And if you go up a size, a feller doesn't print nearly as much as they think they do.
