I have a new Milt Sparks holster and belt. I’m having trouble threading the belt through the holster slot's. Any suggestions?

Sometimes they're a little tight to start. Are you sure the belt width matches the cut on the holster?

Yes, they are.

If you get it threaded, wet the loops with the belt in place. Let it air dry, no heat. The loops should
stretch out without getting too loose.

This is common with any leather holster, not just MS. When you think about it, you want it to be tight at first. If the fit were loose at first, when the leather breaks in it will then be too loose. After you work with them, they will be Goldilocks, i.e., just right.
