I have searched high and low and I just don't think they exist so now I am wondering if a P228 M11-A1 designated holster would work at all. No holster company will admit if they will. They all say they will not. But, I know there must be some folks in this forum that love their old P228 as much as I do and they figured out which kydex or molded holsters work for AIWB carry. So, what do you have? Thanks

Edit: I just stumbled upon Eclipse Intrepid IWB and it has a wing/claw. It has P228 listed. Anyone use this?

Contact Muddy River Tactical. Kevin did a very nice IWB Kydex P229 for me and he might have a mold for a P228.

I have this holster for a P365X and I'm a fan. I really like the design, especially as I'm not 'really' an IWB guy, and carry OWB primarily. It can be ordered with a Neutral Cant for AIWB, or Canted for IWB, which is the version I have and wear behind the hip.
