Hey I have a p320 compact and currently have two holsters I use.

One is all kydex and the other is a Compact MTAC holster.

Both are great. I use the all kydex holater when I need the smallest package and the MTAC when I'm looking for the most comfort. So what I'm looking ia for something in between.

I want a holster that has a pretty rigid leather back and kydex shell for the p320.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I really like the Comptac Minataur, personally, but most often I either pocket carry something small in a DeSantis pocket holster, or inside the waistband with a LAG Tactical kydex holster. The retention on the belt is good with the LAG, they hold up really well, are impervious to sweat, are easy-on and easy-off, and little features like a slightly flared lip on the holster makes re-holstering easier.

I currently have the Minotaur, but looking for something a little smaller but still comfortable.

Have you looked at the Garrett Holsters Silent Thunder Fusion? Very comforable.

I have a P250C and I use the Hybrid IWB from Ozark Holster Co.
