This bill really concerns me. It appears it would eliminate sales between individuals. With just a few exceptions (like transfer to a family member) everything would need to go through a FFL.

This won't happen now. They are practising and honing the message.
If the Dem's take all 3 branches in the future, who knows.
This is just posturing for campaign purposes, so they can say their opponent was against gun safety or to show rino's for what they are.

Bill is all but dead.
