I watched it about a month ago. Enjoyed it, especially the bus scene with the other veteran.

He is. He's down a ways on my list of favorite Bond actors, but he's been pretty good in other stuff. But, damn! Has he aged that much, or is that all makeup and dye? Whichever, I'll add this one to my list.

We watched it this past weekend and enjoyed the film.
Yes, Brosnan is aged up, but I think he pulls off the mannerisms of a 90+ man pretty well.

I watched this film a few months ago and enjoyed it. The ending was emotional for me.

When I first scrolled down with the big red Youtube play button in the middle of his face, I thought it was Joe Biden. And I was suddenly very confused. lol But on closer examination he looked too weathered / leathered for even him. Then for a second I thought it was Albert Finney.

Thanks. I will have to watch it. Brosnan is a great actor IMO. Have liked all his stuff over the years. Now to figure out the tv and Prime thing. Have both but am terrible at pulling it off.

It's based (roughly) on a true story. Michael Caine has a movie called "The Great Escaper" which reflects the actual event.
