My wife started it up. I passed over it because I thought the title sounded simplistic and idiotic, so I figured the show was too.

It is set around 1990 in the UK with customs officers being asked to take on the heroin trade. "Legends" refers to undercover identities and their details. The whole series was very well done. Even the music (period from the late eighties to 1990) was good.

I recommend this one.
