Saw it this weekend. It is labeled as a dark comedy/horror movie. Not sure on the comedy part, and not gory or supernatural to be a horror, but it is more of a dark suspense thriller. Good acting and a several WTF is going on moments. Plot is a dozen well to do types are invited to a private island to get a dining experience from a world renowned chef. And you learn fast most of the diners have secrets they would rather keep hidden...

I am kind of interested in it. Seems like a good amount of big actors in it.

I’m excited for this. Looks really interesting to me and of course I’m a fan of Ralph Fiennes.

I saw it last week, and really enjoyed it, unexpectedly so as I really wasn't clear on what the plot was. One has to go in with a healthy suspension-of-disbelief r.e. the motivations of one set of characters, but otherwise it was a lot of macabre fun. Ralph Fiennes did a fantastic job as the lead, and something about large-eyed Anya Taylor-Joy -- the lead actress from The Queen's Gambit and again playing lead here -- is mesmerizing to watch on screen.

Yes, lots of great one liners to laugh at. I’ll watch it a few more times “Barnyard funk” This message has been edited. Last edited by: irreverent,
