We are three episodes in and it has got us hooked.

Just found that Tuesday.
As you say, interesting. Limiting myself to one episode a night.
I'm finding Vicar Harry's dilemma to be primarily self-imposed.
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Agreed. Could have stopped that train while it was still on the tracks and sorted things out.
Instead he stoked the boiler and went full throttle into the hairpin curve. No coming back from that.

Looking forward to the episode 4 finale today. I have enjoyed it so far, kind of a comedy of errors on the Vicar's part.
Tucci has been a favorite since his role in Steven Spielberg's The Terminal (2004), starring Tom Hanks as a beleaguered traveler trapped in an airport terminal. This message has been edited. Last edited by: henryaz,

Buckle up! Twists and turns. If you are like us when it ends you will want more. Hopefully there will be another season.

I enjoyed it very much. The future tech is well thought out and frankly amazing.

We watched the first two episodes tonight. It’s certainly intriguing, but there are aspects of it that make no sense to me.

I watched it all. I told my daughter that it was a great example of lazy writing. It could be been a huge gut twisting story but instead it was a steady stream of not only bad decisions by the vicar but decisions that I don't think anyone let alone a man of the cloth would make.
For example, I won't say whose it was because that is a sin but I will lie to your face because I guess that isn't a sin?
That whole scene from start to finish was cringey and unbelievable.

The wife and I finished it last night. The Vicar's side of the story was indeed a train wreck that was self imposed. I throughly enjoyed Stanley Tucci in it. He had me laughing out loud a few times with his dry humor observations.

We finished it last night too. Kinda echoing pedropcola, we watched all 4 episodes because the Tucci was great and storyline was compelling, but the WTF moments started early and never stopped. All-in-all, a real letdown.

The US/UK back and forth was needlessly confusing. Wish they had traded places and executed the Vicar early on the second episode. He is a worthless numbnuts with delusional martyrdom fantasies. Was no one watching this stupid lost soul? How could he function as a spiritual guide?
Tucci always a pleasure to watch. His Watson was quite funny too.

Agreed there was a certain amount of unbelievability to it. I like it for what it is, morbid, comical, fantasy.
I don’t need every show to be factual, logical, believable. Sometimes I just want to be entertained.
The original schtik told me it was not something to overthink.

Started watching last night and did two episodes. I like it. It gave me that "Black Mirror" vibe.
Men fight for liberty and win it with hard knocks. Their children, brought up easy, let it slip away again, poor fools. And their grandchildren are once more slaves.
