Looks cool but..

It gets annoying when they feel the need to inject the same old "I'm going home to my wife/baby" storyline.

Just stick to the damn story of what they were doing while over there.

And come on, the old guy at the end pointing to his heart and laying on the cheese with "this is the strongest weapon"...

Great story though. Read a book about this a few years ago. Amazing what such a small group of SF was able to do and best exemplifies what is 'different' about Army Special Forces (aka Green Berets) vs. some of the other Special Operations units like SEALs, Rangers, etc.

I read "Horse Soldiers" a while back, and I think I even Karma'ed a copy off.

I think the book will likely have told the story far better than hollywood can. Hopefully they don't screw the pooch on this one as bad as they often do.
