ersatzknarfIf you are able, highly recommend "The Fable."
It's just a great Japanese film that is possible to enjoy over and over.
It's subtitled and just enjoyable.

The scene with the homeless man, bag full of cash and the gun is intense.

So glad someone mentioned this movie. I made a thread about it once. It got about two replies.
I love foreign movies and this is the first one I think of when offering a recommendation.
I crave happy endings in movies. The last half hour certainly isn't happy here. I wouldn't call the ending happy but this movie has my favorite ending of any movie.
To give a unique recommendation:
The Invisible Guest. Spain. Good mystery movie.
