In addition to great live music, it featured a tall beautiful blonde in a long black dress gently writhing her hips to the rythm of the music at Jeff Lynne's right. That woman is Rosie Vela, LINK2, LINK3

She was definitely a plus with ELO but her solo career/songs in the 80's needed some work. She is also very easy on the eyes.

Yep. I too took note of her when I originally saw that concert video a year or two ago.
