I watched a korean movie called You're So Precious To Me.

Basically, it's about a somewhat shady guy who ends up caring for a blind deaf girl (5 years old character?), perhaps initially to get social welfare money.

In any case, it grows to be a very heartwarming and touching story. The little actress who plays the deaf blind girl did an amazing job in the role. Astonishing how a little girl can portray a deaf blind character.
