Its pretty surreal to see three dozen L.E.O.'s
walking around , and not a single Glock on any of them

The Beretta 92 was the standard LAPD duty gun at the time, although a few different S&W 3rd Gens were also authorized for duty carry, and there may have been a few old timers clinging to their S&W revolvers. They didn't go to Glocks until the mid-2000s.

I enjoyed the relatively few episodes of this I got to watch while it made the rounds on a local channel or two back in the day. I greatly annoyed my children by repeatedly mimicking the theme-music! Smile
