This Will Be Brilliant or Horrific With No Middle Ground: The Naked Gun
Liam Neeson has done quite a bit with Seth McFarlane and I loved him as the villain in "A Million Ways to Die in the West."

He may have the same initials, but he's no Leslie Nielsen.

If you're a fan of Seth McFarlane's humor, I wouldn't get your hopes up. The studio is using his name to help market the film, but aside from being a producer, he has little-to-no involvement in it (i.e., script, directing).
Steven Spielberg was an executive producer on all the Transformers and Men In Black franchise movies, but nobody considers those Spielberg films.

I haven’t been to a Liam Nesson movie since a long time ago.
That preview is about as far from funny as Rosie O'Donnell is from sexy. This message has been edited. Last edited by: onegeek, April 11, 2025 05:30 PM

Leslie Nielson nailed the role as Frank Drebin. It just seemed natural for him, like Bruce Willis in Die Hard. They just go well together and are made for each other. I don't see Neeson in this role or even doing it half as good.
