I dropped pretty much everything I was listening to back in the fall. Started binge listening to Jocko.

I read his book Extreme Ownership and it led me to his podcasts. Which in turn led me to Jiu-Jitsu. Big Grin

Lore by Aaron Menke is absolutely fascinating and filled with history... Amazon even developed a series based on his podcast. (But the second season SUCKS because they produced it without Aaron)
