agonyMy disappointment after viewing this trainwreck of a film is unfathomable.
For the first time since 1977, I have absolutely no desire to see a Star Wars film more than once.
Ever.
Disney, Rian Johnson, whoever the hell was responsible for this film, fuck you.

KevboYep
I was supposed to take my wife to see it on Saturday and my sons on Sunday
Wife has already said if I didn't like she doesn't need to see it
I am seriously considering just dropping my kids off and picking them back up

Maybe it will be better after a second viewing, but I really wasn't that impressed.
Most of the reviews are pretty amazing. What didn't you like?
(I'm seeing it tomorrow with my parents. Lucky to get the last 3 adjacent seats.)
I can't really answer this very well without spoilers. So I will have to pass on the specifics for now.

kkinaNo problemo.
This is looking very polarized. Either love or hate it. I'll know more in a half day.

r0gueI saw it last night. While there were a few amazing scenes, and it was good and enjoyable, there were aspects that left me a bit turned off.
Perhaps a bit too many injections of humor. Much of what occurred on the island with Luke was off to me. Weak.
Still, I enjoyed it. Just not as much as the last one. Nor as much as r0gue1.

About those 3 seats...they were in the front row, all the way to the left. Had to arch all the way back just to see the screen at all. So before the movie started, we floated back to the handicapped row (both my parents actually are). They sat in the recliners, while I sat on the floor between them in a space meant for a wheelchair (yes, I would have moved had a wheelchair shown up). I actually thought it was fun, and my Dad wasn't then PO'd about the seats I reserved.
My review of the movie itself is in the spoiler thread.
