What are your favorite non traditional Christmas songs or covers of the classics?
Here are a couple to get the thread started. One cover of a classic and one non traditional song.

August Burns Red covers Carol of the Bells

The Pogues' Fairytale of New York

I stumbled across Bad Religion's Christmas album the other day and actually really like it for something different.
The album could do without the American Jesus track.

Hoss Burns - Just Put a Ribbon in Your Hair.

I’m not sure how to embed YouTube videos. I think Hoss wrote it. It’s been covered a few times since but I like his version.

I heard this for the 1st time last year and my boys and I love it.
I spent most of my Christmases in Jersey growing up so I have no clue how I had never heard it before.

I saw Trans Siberian Orchestra this past weekend, and their whole show was amazing. It would be hard to pick one of their songs.

Merry Christmas from the family by Robert Earl Keen is way up on my list too.

Here's to the sunny slopes of long ago.
