I watched the video a few days ago. Left me with the impression that it was so easy to "make music" this way we will eventually see the demise of playing musical instruments.

Thanks for posting. Last year, it occurred to me that there might be artificially created popular music on mainstream channels posing as the real thing, and Beato confirms it. I, along with many others, have always said that the days of enjoying original, groundbreaking bands and musical artists in the mainstream such as The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Johnny Cash, etc. are gone. AI will not only diminish the employment of actual musicians, but original songwriters as well.
And this will extend into the film industry as well. I'm sure there is, or will be, industrial software to create screenplays from prompts similar to Claude in creating song lyrics. Same with visuals and sound. It is no secret that musical and cinematic creativity has been going downhill for years, and this AI technology will just cement it for good.

I saw it also recently, it is kind of sad what the music business has become as well as what AI has or what will do to it.

I worked with someone that is a music publisher as a side job. He was looking to use AI to recreate singers voices that had passed away in order to make songs. In his case, the family of the deceased found written lyrics and wanted to hear them. AI is the new "video killed the radio star".
