Depeche Mode’s Shine does not have “dresses that shine” in the lyrics.
Also, “dream sweet dreams for you” is 5 words. The rules are 1, 2, or 3 words and if 2 or 3 words, then they have to be consecutive in the lyrics.

Clue: they're British (well mostly), like The Smiths. They were active during the same time period as The Smiths. The three words aren't in the song title.
