I've listened to many a Rush cover on youtube, and so many fall so far short. Even when the instrumentation is pretty good, the vocalist is bad, usually, and the songs aren't worth listening to more than once.
This is a 14-track album featuring mostly stuff from the middle of Rush's arc. It's really well done, by a couple of Brazilians calling themselves "FLEESH." These are not a bunch of Rush's hardest-rockin' songs, thus not every fan's cup of tea.
The only drawback for me, is you can tell English isn't the native language of the vocalist. That being said, the vocals are pleasing, and at times beautiful - something we've never heard before in a Rush song (other than Aimee Mann's part in Time Stand Still).
I'm going to buy a copy of the album, to support their efforts.
