So I am watching Blue Thunder and the newscaster’s voice was bugging me. I knew I had heard him elesewhere, so I did some digging and I also played Robocop and low and behold same guy. He really had the voice for it.

It is fun to discover actors in their less known movies. A couple of personal favorites are Kenneth Marrs, and Richard Keil, aka Jaws of the 007 movies.

He has 40 some acting credits in IMDB, most of them as anchor, newscaster, reporter, interviewer, etc. In his case, it wasn't really acting, since he was actually a reporter and anchor in Low Angeles prior to his television and movie acting career.
