Well, as you may know, he was quite abusive to Tina. He beat her up many times, and this was well known. As a result of his behavior, the NY post printed this headline when he died.

For real, not a photoshop... kind of a play on words to say that he died first. Looking back, it's amazing that the editors went to press with that headline.
