That was going to be my suggestion. I (re)watch the Veridian Dynamics ads on Youtube when I need a giggle.

AllenInARTo be accurate, HAL 9000 was the computer. HAL Laboratories was the company. And HAL wasn't 'evil'. He was given conflicting orders and determined the best way to carry them all out was to eliminate the middle man (no pun intended) and do it himself.
And I'm not sure Tyrell counts as "evil" either. Wallace Corporation does though.

joel9507Another idea, Nicky. Maybe some good companies in the mix?
If that's an option, here are a few from the Atlas Shrugged trilogy:
Rearden Steel (book, movie)
Danneskjöld Reparations (movie only)
Wyatt Oil (book, movie)

RinehartI also like having a few things around with references...
Funny thing is- most people don't recognize the company name/reference.
(10/22 Ruger Takedown Lite bag) Ruger gives you that nice velcro square sewn on the side.
When I was walking with this takedown bag a lady asked me if I was a medical service rep.
(Much jocularity inside).
