The first year we did COTA [2017] the teams had their own little merch huts & most had prior season stuff available.
The next year, 2018, it was all merged into a huge single building and all the prior season stuff was gone.

The individual team tents were awesome all the way back to the Indianapolis years!

One year at the Ferrari tent, they had a '66 fired up. From just feet away at the rope, it was glorious. I caught the attention of a friendly guy and told him I'd driven thousands of miles in that car. In "Grand Prix Legends".

He went and told the guy overseeing the goings on who glanced at me. I gave him a stupid smile and he went on with his business.

The merch was as reasonable as the whole IMS US GP experience, meaning ridiculous low prices on everything. The wife loaded up and we still use much of that haul today.

I find it ironic that Alonso's fate is once again in the hands of the Honda motor and there's been little mention of that issue.

The Caddy merch so far is underwhelming. Then again I’m unlikely to drop what they’re asking so what I want doesn’t matter so much.

^ I was able to link my Apple & F1 accounts, but there is no obvious way through the AppleTV app to see F1 content. it looks like they will give non F1TV coverage through the app, so for HD on my big screen I'll probably have to listen to that, but if I want to really see stuff then be limited to my ipad? I am hoping not, but that is how I read this.
