I attended COTA in person in 2017, IIRC the team polos were something like $75-80 When I went in 2024, they were something like $165
I'll gladly take last year's models for 65% off.
Still on the hunt for a 2014-16 Williams Martini polo.

Would it be a modern F1 season without a shitshow from Williams?

Didn't click for the year, but there are a few on ebay right now.

Yeah, I've looked, last few I saw that were still NIB were about the same as current year stuff
The first year we did COTA [2017] the teams had their own little merch huts & most had prior season stuff available. The next year, 2018, it was all merged into a huge single building and all the prior season stuff was gone.

The individual team tents were awesome all the way back to the Indianapolis years!

^^^^ One year at the Ferrari tent, they had a '66 fired up. From just feet away at the rope, it was glorious. I caught the attention of a friendly guy and told him I'd driven thousands of miles in that car. In "Grand Prix Legends".
He went and told the guy overseeing the goings on who glanced at me. I gave him a stupid smile and he went on with his business.
The merch was as reasonable as the whole IMS US GP experience, meaning ridiculous low prices on everything. The wife loaded up and we still use much of that haul today.

I find it ironic that Alonso's fate is once again in the hands of the Honda motor and there's been little mention of that issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwpiDqdugYY At one time neither of them would have anything to do with each other (Indycar for example).

I thought I read somewhere that he made a sincere apology and that in was accepted by Honda.
At least he didn't have to cut off the tip of a finger
$99 for a team polo. Will wait & see if any other styles come out. I think it'd look better without the TH logo under the Cadillac badge. Also, driver stuff, need a 77 hat.

If you filter hats by "Player" (???) you can order one for 77. Shown in all white but described as a special event item.
I suspect the actual item will be more VB specific, but not ordering until they update pic.

OH Lewis, you and your love life don't need to be a story of poor judgment and craziness.

Missed that on my phone this morning when I looked. Yeah, I'll be waiting to see what else pops up. There's a white 77 hat, maybe we'll get a Finnish blue option

The Caddy merch so far is underwhelming. Then again I’m unlikely to drop what they’re asking so what I want doesn’t matter so much.

Yeah, I'm hoping for more variety as the season gets closer

Your Apple TV subscription is eligible for free F1.TV, whether you subscribe directly, as part of the Apple One bundle, or other means like carrier promotions.
The launch is timely as broadcasts of the pre-season testing sessions will start next week. So that means die-hard Formula 1 fans in the US can now be ready to tune in.
When the actual Grand Prix weekends start in March, you’ll have the choice of how to watch the live sport. You can either use the F1.TV experience, or watch directly inside the Apple TV app. More casual viewers will probably be fine watching through the integrated Apple TV app streams, but the option is there if they want to dive deeper into the Formula 1 experience through F1.TV.
F1.TV includes other content like an archive of past races that Apple will not make available through the TV app directly. But by being able to link your Apple account to F1.TV, fans do not miss out on being able to watch any of the content they enjoy.
^ I was able to link my Apple & F1 accounts, but there is no obvious way through the AppleTV app to see F1 content. it looks like they will give non F1TV coverage through the app, so for HD on my big screen I'll probably have to listen to that, but if I want to really see stuff then be limited to my ipad? I am hoping not, but that is how I read this.

The Cadillac ad wasn't bad, car looks decent. Can't link easily from my phone The full 60sec video is pretty much the same as the SB spot, just more factory shots.
Split livery:
And the full 60sec reveal/ad: This message has been edited. Last edited by: P250UA5,
