Anyone give this show a try? A post apocalyptic series that just happened to get developed now of all times. The book was written several years ago.

I watched for the first 2 episodes. Its of those shows that each episode follows a different character. At least up to episode 3. Not interesting enough to sustain my interest.

I watched it and enjoyed it. I thought the acting was very good. It even sparked an interest in Shakespeare for me.

I have a severe attraction to Mackenzie Davis (has gone on many many years) that the word severe doesn’t cover. My my. I’m going to have to watch this if she is featured.

We just finished it. I thought it was really well done and was moved to tears at one point. I've not been a big Shakespeare (or plays in general) fan, but I felt like it really added to the show.

I just finished it, and I thought it was a fantastic miniseries.

It's a bit convoluted at times, so you definitely need to pay attention throughout.

But the acting and plot are excellent. Very moving in several spots.

Kinda, sorta, not really. It jumps around a bit at the beginning, but things start to link up and make sense as you move through it.

It's just a slow reveal. I personally like how it kept the viewer guessing for longer than usual, and not in the usual played-out "what a twist!" manner. It's definitely not the typical TV series that assumes the viewers are stupid and/or have a short attention span, and therefore everything needs to be constantly spoon-fed to them to keep their interest.

Agreed. Great integration of a number of themes from Hamlet throughout.
