This song's been in my head for a couple days now and more so after watching this video. I don't know much about History er, math and or the Fibonacci sequence but to model a song around it is simply amazing. Just steps up my appreciation for Tool and their music.

That album and specifically that song lived in my CD player and was all I listened to for two years easily. Even wrote a paper on it for a college class examining the lyrical meanings.
And that's where the song and album really shines, not only is it great on the earholes but the lyrics are meaningful as well. Not some empty pop song written in a music factory.
Maynard James Keenan may be nucking futs at times, but between TOOL, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer the dude simply knows how to make music, and make it good.
