An english , high level spy lady and her side kick, gets transferred from london to help L.A. police detectives apprehend a super villain ,
the super villain bleeds black acid goo that kills people horribly ,
her side kick acts as her man servant to some extent.
she falls for the L. A, detective that uses a cane to walk with .
