The Mountain II

Turkish flick about Turkish SF in Iraq (I think) fighting ISIS.

First time I've ever seen SP arty featured in a flick. LOL

Didn't finish as good as it started, but still.....it's free on Prime. This is like Turkey's version of "Tears of the Sun".

Pros - the good guys looked properly kitted out. IMDB says the company that supplies the Turkish military with small arms did the same for these guys. Tactics looked fairly sound until the climactic battle. Scenery is gorgeous.

Cons - kinda long for a war movie. The bad guys got shafted when it comes to production values. The MGs on their tank and technicals were laughable. As mentioned, it is basically "Tears of the Sun", with subtitles.
