I grew up with Jim Hopper. A couple of years older than me. He subsequently attended medical school in St. Louis, MO.

Then he went into the Air Force and flew F-106s out of a civilian airport in Duluth, MN. Then a captain with American Airlines.

By coincidence he also lives here in San Diego.

Same man?
