Nigel Ng's character Uncle Roger, has been blowing up ever since his video making fun of UK-Indian tv-cook Hersha Patel rinsing her already cooked rice. 20 million views...pretty funny. He's spun that vid into quite a little franchise of videos
My favorite is him trying to take orders being the surly and opinionated restaurant worker

The Gordon Ramsey one is great and shows that Uncle Roger respects good cooking technique and isn't simply trolling on White ppl's inadequate fried rice skills.
Funny bonus about Uncle Roger working at a restaurant... He tells customers, "Leave us good review on Google. Don't leave bad review. I will come find you and hunt you down."
If you look up Google reviews for the restaurant, a lot of people actually wrote reviews referencing Uncle Roger.

As I was listening to him, I could swear he's Malaysian. I've spent a lot of time around Malaysians and in one of the videos he did confirm that he is. They have unique speech patterns.
He's pretty funny and I enjoyed the episode where he worked the counter at the restaurant. Singapore-style chicken and rice is very good.
I've been meaning to make fried rice lately and I'm glad I watched those.
