For a comedy movie, you can't beat:

"Where you goin', Cowboy?"

"Noplace special."

And Cleavon Little and Gene Wilder ride off into the sunset, then climb into a limo halfway up the hill.

I don't think this one has been mentioned yet, but I've always thought "Sands Of Iwo Jima" had an awesome ending. My nephew liked it so much it was his inspiration for enlisting in the Marines.
