New to me - Olympic Ice Skeleton
Ok... Nothing much on the tube this afternoon so I was surfing the channels. Ran across the Canuck channel where they were showing:
Olympic Ice Skeleton competition.
This consists of your ass sliding face down a bobsled track on a flat piece of plastic with steel runners bolted to it. Face first while lying on your stomach. Its insanely fast! Nice looking chix get to compete, too.
Finally, a "sport" worth watching! Big Grin But, like most sports the commentators yak endlessly. Hit the mute button!

It's like a face-first luge. Pretty sure it was created when someone lost a bet.

Some Canadian with a few too many Molsons in him said, "Watch this, eh?".

The YT video posted by bald1 was scary but not a surprise. The speed at which the riders traveled down the ice chute (face first) was amazing. Eek
