What show was that ?
About a black , mid 20's couple , a comedy.
20 years ago ? 25?

He was a whacky ass dumb ass ,always getting in to one type of trouble or another.

and he dressed up on occasion to portray another character but in drag.

I think he might have been in some movies , in comedy roles as well.
