That is not even close. Each team gets two, just two helmet pats to challenge a called pitch. That is not a robot umpire. I hate these kinds of titles.
anyway, this would have saved Yamamoto's Immaculate Inning earlier this season. I watched it live and nearly broke my TV.

It's a step in the right direction. Nothing worse than an inconsistent strike zone.

I’m all for it. Some of these umpires are shockingly bad and they brought this on themselves.

For some silly reason, I keep picturing The Jetsens's robot maid Rosie with a catcher's mask.

I’ll take consistency over watching Angel Hernandez guess his way through nine innings

Thankfully, he retired last year.

If successful they retain their challenge. Seems reasonable.

With bonehead calls like this, where the umpire called this a ball, it's easy to see why the movement for electronic umpires is growing:

They can't be worse than Laz Diaz or Angel Hernandez.

Saw that one a while back. The catcher's fault for setting up so far outside. He fooled the ump the wrong way. lol Speaking of which, you want to change/ban something, I'd be for doing away with "framing" the pitch. It rarely works, and it's just annoying/insulting to all involved. Maybe it's just that catchers today don't seem to know how to do it. It only works if it's subtle and slight. "Helping" a borderline pitch. I was watching a bunch of footage the other day and these guys are moving the glove a foot or more. Who do you think you're fooling? (no one, because it isn't working) They're just embarrassing themselves and the pitcher.

I’m 100% for this! Angel Hernandez and CB Bucknor were the worst umpires I’ve ever seen!
