Well. I have the solution.

Holy Bomb Blast, Batman.

Of course, this still "isn't for everybody," but I enjoy it, and I play it at work and homeowners all love it.

They have a bunch of mixes, but all are well curated, and not boring. I have donated, and may cancel Pandora.

The radio paradise link doesn’t work on my iPhone X. Will try again later. Currently I have three sources for Classical music:

* The KUSC-FM app (free)
* TuneIn app (free). Always set to KPBS Classical
* Apple Music ($10/month)

The first two have a good density of music that I like. But currently KUSC-FM is having a fund drive, so effectively no good for several more days. I do make an annual contribution.

If neither of the first two are playing anything I like, then I go to the Classical Music stream on Apple Music. A low density of good music there though. On average, I have to skip through about 8 lousy pieces of morose music to find something decent.

Serious about crackers.

I tried Pandora and never could warm up to it, then tried Spotify and really like how it's set up compared to Pandora.

There are RP apps for Iphone and Android, I use it through the app.

I am listening to a site in my office called Radio Garden - its streaming audio from radio stations around the world

in my house I have Tidal, a high definition streaming service where I ask it only for analog source material

I’ll have to check this out. I had pandora for a long time and liked that because I don’t always know what I want to listen to so it was good because it would just play songs similar to other songs I like. The problem with pandora was when I actually wanted to listen to a song 9/10 times it would tell me cannot play that song due to licenses or something. Spotify is great if you always know what you want to listen to, but sometimes it’s nice to just let the random radio play songs you MIGHT like..

If you're goin' through hell, keep on going.
Don't slow down. If you're scared don't show it.
You might get out before the devil even knows you're there.
