The Devil Next Door series on Netflix

This documentary series is about the man John Demanyuk and his arrest and trial for war crimes at Treblinka as Ivan the Terrible. It’s a 5 part series. Being from the Cleveland area this made the news nightly for yrs it seems.

I’ve only watched 3 of the 5 parts so far. It is done very well. Well worth watching.

I watched it over the weekend. Very interesting and disturbing. Not doubt these murderers should have been punished long ago, but when justice is delayed for so long (literally decades), how much of a message can really be sent to those involved in future genocides???
