Wrong Southern Rock Classic! Try Skynyrd instead of CDB!

I think Lynyrd Skynyrd's overrated. I know you're in Boyd's pocket.

I heard gimmie 3 steps for the first time when I was 18 back in 92. I wasn't fully into classic rock at that point and had just started exploring music on my own rather then through the influence of friends.
It was an amazing song, hard not to like. It's got a catchy tune and fun lyrics, easy to follow and smile as you sing.
Here's the but, But it wasn't my favorite song or even close to it. Instead Knowing nothing about skynard and without the internet access we have today, the song led me to Gimme back my bullets.
Now there are a ton of great skynard songs, we all know them, simple man, tuesdays gone, ballad of kurtis low and of course Freebird, but gimmie back my bullets is the song that open my eyes to how great skynard could possible be.
