Once upon a time in the early 1970's a relative in the family treated us kids to see the Globetrotters in Fayetteville, NC. Curly and Meadowlark played then, quite a show...and helped endear us to watch their cartoon show too. It was a grand time. Thanks, Mr. Neal! | |||

My paternal grandfathers nickname was Curlee. He was 77. Seeing him while I was a little kid is probably why I'm sure I thought he was much older. Thanks for the memories, Curley. | |||
