These kind of bullshit videos are just the 2020s version of the urban legends and hysterical Facebook posts of yesteryear like:

"If someone flashes their headlights at you, don't flash yours back, because it's a car full of gang members looking for someone to murder for their gang initiation and that means you're their next victim!"

or

"Be on the lookout for a windowless white van at the mall, I heard they're kidnapping women to be sold into sex trafficking!!!"

or

"Don't ever let your kids wear red or blue to school, because they will get mistaken for a gang member and gunned down in a drive by shooting!"

... That's not how any of this works.

This guy is just trying to generate false hysteria and play on folks' fears to get clicks and views to earn revenue. They want you to watch, get worried/scared/outraged, and then immediately share this oh so very important safety information Roll Eyes with everyone you know, so they get their all clicks and views and revenue as well.

Classic clickbait engagement.

Don't believe most of what you see on the internet. Especially in a short form video format like that.

What does it mean if there's a water bottle wedged in my wheel well? Am I marked for death?

And the hundred dollar bill under my car's windshield wiper coated with something that will knock me out if I touch it, so someone waiting in a nearby car can rob or kidnap me.

I've written about this before. There are a number of videos out there showing animal rescues that are almost certainly AI-generated (or faked by other means like splicing bits of actual videos together), because the situations are just too improbable.
