Not really a fight, but there was Choo-Choo's one hit kill shot to the real estate agent. Medics at first thought blunt force trauma with a baseball bat, until they looked closer and saw the knuckle impressions. As far as I can recall, that was the only hand combat Choo-Choo engaged in. Just gun fighting, and generally looking scary.

Darrell Scott wrote "You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive" after visiting Harlan County looking for information about his great-grandfather that his family wouldn't discuss except that he was from Harlan, played banjo, & "did something bad." He talks about it after the playing the song.

Worth listening to is the next song, "Down to the River" which mentions many great songwriters and has a voice-over from Guy Clark.
