ibandaIt really is a soap opera with a backdrop of the oil business. Tommy and TL stop for lunch at Mary's Cafe on the way back from Fort Worth to Midland
Taylor Sheridan basically made a Mary's Cafe commercial in the middle of the last episode. I know the line to get in for dinner on the weekend for the next year, will be too long to bother with. For those that don't know, Mary's Cafe in Strawn, Texas (1 hour west of Fort Worth on I-20) has a reputation for having the best Chicken Fried Steak in the state.

Oscar ZuluI attended TCU in the eighties. It’s nice to see the campus on TV. Colby Hall is where I stayed for freshman orientation, during the school year it was the freshman girls dorm. (I tried to spend as much time there as possible).
Nice people, pretty girls and a good school.

xd45manYep, Demi fired him. The show is called Landman, so I think we will still see slingblade doing what slingblade does. Demi is in a bad spot with a deal with a drug lord and "wildcatting".
I could do without the love stories as they seem to all be written by loveless cat ladies that read those paperback books with the shirtless man on them. I mean come on, these dudes are so fem.

BMRI thought it was a bit far-fetched that mullet man would ask uptight lawyer girl to send him "videos" while he was away, considering they had only hooked up twice, maybe three times.
