CitadelOffset Sights for AR
Picked up a AR from a fellow member. It is a straight Flat Top and have an ACOG I am going with. Wishing to know the collectives preference reference Offset Sights. I am open to either a red dot or iron. Wondering what you picked and why. Thanks in Advance.

RogueJSKI use Troy. They're my preference for standard BUIS due to their quality and ruggedness, so was the natural choice when outfitting one of my rifles with offset sights.

SgtGoldWhy did you offset the sights on that rifle? Isn't that a red dot sight?

RogueJSKNo, it's a 3x prismatic.
It originally had a 1-4x variable scope, then I switched to this fixed 3x compact scope to test if that was a better all-around option.
Either way, I wanted offset sights so I wouldn't have to detach the magnified optic to use irons. (Plus, I just wanted to try it to see what all the hubbub was about, too.)
