Two guys talking about this on a podcast caught my eye. The latest draft of the National Defense Authorization Act (I hope that is correct) has language in it that will permit the transfer of numerous surplus shotguns to the Civilian Marksmanship Program for sale. Maybe it will make it, maybe it will get slashed out of the bill, but..
