I watched the new S&W Response video ad, this week. When will gun advertisers surrender their distracting, overdubbed musical backgrounds? Cable TV guns shows are even worse with endless, hard rock anthems throughout every segment of their telecasts, often drowning out dialogue. Are these pointless, relentless soundtracks a marketing necessity? Firearms make enough noise. Give us a break.
