gearhoundsAmend2 AR mags- anyone have any experience with them?
Grab gun has these on sale for cheap, but we all know cheap doesn’t always equate to a good value… especially if the product fails perform. Reviews are 5-Star across the board but none with long term usage. Any folks at SF have real world experience beyond a couple of reloads?

Opus DeiThey had a reputation for spreading when kept loaded, but in fairness I recall that said about old PMAGs. They're probably fine as range magazines, though.

gearhoundsThe swelling issue potential is what worries me. I think that for a few bucks more when on sale, I might stick to magpul.

RogueJSKYep. Rather than gambling with an unknown, just spend the $1-$3 more to get some PMAGs that you know will work, and last.

casI have two.. for 6ARC with no issues, but they're 10 rounders, used for a bolt action so not necessarily apples to apples.

I concur. Here's a place selling Gen 2 PMAGs at eleven for $88.
