A buddy and I spent a few hours in the woods shooting yesterday and he brought some fun toys. He had a new a bullseye camera system. That thing was awesome once we figured it out. We spent a while trying to sight in his new 10/22 takedown and the bullseye really made it enjoyable. We probably spent an hour and a half just shooting 22s with his 10/22 and my 597. Target shooting hasn't been that much fun to me for a long time. I loved being able to instantly see the shots even with a target full of holes. After we got done with the 22's, my friend brought out a browning T-bolt 17 HMR that he was babysitting for his son who is deployed. Neither of us had shot it before. I'm hooked. I absolutely loved the gun. It also helps when your very first shot with a new gun is the best shot you've had all day. I really think I need a 17HMR in my life now. ____________________ I Like Guns and stuff | ||

I've been thinking about some kind of remote target viewing system for a while. Recently, I found an article about rolling your own system using old cell phones. I tried it with my laptop and my phone. It does work but I haven't tried it at the range yet so I couldn't tell you what the maximum range is.
